Partners are crucial to the California Sub Hub. We are not a research agency ourselves; instead, we gather information on stakeholder needs and attempt to meet these needs by gathering, analyzing, and distilling the wealth of climate-related information that already exists in California. We depend upon information, expertise, and contacts held by our key partners:

·      California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA)

·      California Landscape Conservation Cooperative (CA LCC)

·      California Natural Resources Agency

·      California Nevada Climate Applications Program (CNAP)

·      Southwest Climate Science Center (SWCSC)

·      USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS)

·      USDA Forest Service, Pacific Southwest Region

·      USDA Forest Service, Pacific Southwest Research Station

·      USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS)

·      University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources (UCANR)

·      UC Davis College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences

·      UC Davis John Muir Institute of the Environment (JMIE)

·      Western Regional Climate Center (WRCC)

Please contact us if your organization may be interested in partnering with the Sub Hub to share ideas, contacts, and expertise.

We are a subsidiary hub of the Southwest Regional Climate Hub. The Southwest Hub is located at Jornada Experimental Range (Las Cruces, New Mexico). The California Sub Hub coordinates, collaborates, and shares resources with the main Southwest Hub.
