Natural Resources Specialist in the area of crops and natural resources science. She is a federal employee employed by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service. Doris is the Director of the National Water Management Center in Little Rock, AR. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Agronomy (BSA) and a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA). Doris was certified for the Federal Senior Executive Service (SES) Program for USDA in 2013.
Doris has over 30 years of service with NRCS and has held several positions within the Agency including, Acting State Conservationist, NRCS National Liaison to the Corps of Engineers, National Program Leader for the Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Units (CESU) and Center of Excellences with 1890 Colleges and Universities; and Team Leader For Administrative Tranformation. Doris also has 12 years of service as an Officer with the Arkansas Army National Guard.
