Description
This program assists in the development, construction, and retrofitting of new and emerging technologies for the development of Advanced Biofuels, Renewable Chemicals, and Biobased Product Manufacturing by providing loan guarantees for up to $250 million.
Eligibility
Indian Tribes can be borrower- but banking entities actually apply for program and a set group can apply for lender request.
Climate Change Component
Use of renewable chemicals and fuels will reduce dependence on fossil fuels which contribute to greenhouse gases.
