The Caribbean Climate Hub created the Agricultural Statistics Tool to illustrate the origin and production of the main crops in Puerto Rico.
The interactive tool provides information about:
- more than 100 agricultural products
- neighborhoods and municipalities where they are grown
- production quantities and areas
Production statistics are summarized by neighborhood and year, and can be displayed in map or table format at the island, agricultural region, municipality or neighborhood level.
Inputs
User may choose the scale to obtain data: Island Level, Agricultural Region, Municipality and Neighborhoods.
Outputs
You can download the information in Excel or CSV format by clicking on “Export”. The crops locations can be downloaded as Google Earth Files (KML).
